When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. It then takes 1-3 business days to process your order, after which we will ship your parcel. 

For out of stock/back order items,  it may take up to 10-14 days to process your order in addition to the shipping time.

We ship Monday through Saturday excluding Sundays and holidays.

We provide international delivery worldwide with an on-line tracking number and a signature confirmation to make sure you receive your package. Domestic orders can be tracked through UPS

International orders can be tracked through FedEx or DHL

If you have any issues with you tracking number or package delivery,  please contact the courier service directly before contacting us. Please allow 2–3 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

The shipping rates may vary for international orders depending on which country you live in, certain countries add custom and tariffs after the package has been accepted there.  We are not responsible for these additional costs.  The shipping rate will be displayed during checkout before you submit payment.

My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.

VirgoBodyShapers provides customers with the option to track packages. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, then contact the courier company or check with other household members. VirgoBodyShapers can not be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. Please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim.

If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order,  please contact the concerned courier company. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.
